Kolektif Suites is a beautifully designed boutique property in Edremit, Kyrenia, just a short drive from Kyrenia town centre. Created around the idea of contemporary Mediterranean living, the hotel combines natural materials, soft light and modern interiors with the relaxed character of North Cyprus.

The brand-new suites combine contemporary Mediterranean style with plenty of space to relax. The experience extends beyond the suites, with the Kolektif restaurant, bakery and bar forming the social heart of the property. From the historic streets and harbour of Kyrenia to beautiful beaches, charming villages and fascinating sights, you are ideally placed to explore the best of North Cyprus at your own pace. 

Getting around is easy too, with regular local buses stopping right outside the hotel. Head west towards Alsancak and you’ll find a choice of beautiful public sandy beaches, many just 5–15 minutes away. Or hop on a bus in the other direction and you can reach Kyrenia Harbour and the historic castle in around 15 minutes. Spend the day wandering around the harbour, enjoy lunch by the waterfront or continue exploring the hidden jewel of the Mediterranean. 

The beautiful village of Karmi is around 10 minutes away by car and is one of our favourite places for a relaxed afternoon. Set in the foothills of the Kyrenia mountains, its traditional stone houses, winding streets and bougainvillea create a wonderfully peaceful Mediterranean atmosphere.

For history and spectacular views, Bellapais Monastery is well worth visiting. The 13th-century Gothic monastery sits high above Kyrenia and offers beautiful views across the coastline. The surrounding village is also home to charming cafés and restaurants, making it easy to combine sightseeing with a leisurely lunch.

For a more active day, the surrounding area offers plenty of opportunities for walking and exploring. Kolektif itself also organises seasonal experiences, including guided hikes, yoga, olive harvesting and cooking workshops, giving guests the chance to discover more of the island and its local culture.
