Denizkizi Hotel is a beachfront hotel on the northern shore of Cyprus near Alsancak, Kyrenia set above a sheltered sandy cove with panoramic views across the Mediterranean and the Kyrenia mountain range. Owned and operated by a family of renowned local restaurateurs — with the owner known to personally sample the breakfast and dinner each day — it has built a loyal following over more than 30 years through consistently warm hospitality, genuine Cypriot character and outstanding value.

Kyrenia harbour — widely regarded as one of the most beautiful harbour towns in the entire Mediterranean — is just 20 minutes away. With its bobbing fishing boats, Venetian castle, vibrant waterfront and cafés that spill out onto the water's edge long into the evening, it is simply one of those places that stays with you. Frequent local buses run directly from the hotel, making it easy to visit whenever you wish.
Just 10 minutes away, Lapta offers a lovely coastal walk along the shoreline as well as a relaxed selection of waterfront restaurants and bars that are popular with locals — always a good sign — and is particularly well known for its excellent fish and seafood dishes. The hilltop village of Karmi is around 15 minutes inland and one of North Cyprus's most charming and least-visited spots, with stone houses draped in bougainvillea, flower-filled lanes and a village pub that feels a world away from the coast below.
