We know you have been watching the news. And we completely understand why it might have given you pause. So we want to speak to you directly — honestly, and from the heart.
North Cyprus is calm. It is open. Every flight is running on schedule, every hotel in our programme is welcoming guests, and our team is on the ground right now. The picture they are describing is exactly what you would hope for — warm sunshine, beautiful beaches, and a destination completely at ease with itself.
North Cyprus is a Mediterranean island. Miles of blue sea separate it from any areas of regional tension. The FCDO has not issued a ''Do Not Travel'' warning for Cyprus. The recent update to the FCDO page acknowledges the broader regional situation, as it does for many Mediterranean countries — but it stops well short of advising against travel. Package holiday refunds only apply when the government formally advises against all travel. That threshold has not been reached for Cyprus.

You may also have seen headlines about flight cancellations at Larnaca Airport. What those articles did not make clear is that the cancelled flights were routes to and from the Middle East — not UK holiday flights. EasyJet briefly paused a small number of flights for a single day. The very next day everything returned to normal, and has stayed that way since. Right now, flights from the UK to North Cyprus are operating exactly as scheduled.
The Independent confirmed this week that flights from the UK to Cyprus are currently operating as scheduled, and that as FCDO advice has not changed, there are no special circumstances in place to cancel a package holiday for a full refund.
Rob Moore, one of the UK's most followed holiday experts, addressed this directly this week. The scary headlines people are seeing in their feeds simply do not match the reality on the ground. Thousands of British holidaymakers are in Cyprus, Turkey and Egypt right now — and they are having a wonderful time.
And it is not just Rob. Simon Calder, the Independent's travel correspondent and one of the most trusted voices in British travel journalism, stated clearly that the chance of anything happening to a tourist in Cyprus is microscopically low. That line appeared inside a negative news article about Cyprus — buried near the bottom, where most people never read. But it is arguably the most important and honest assessment of the situation that has been published.

Guests who were nervous about travelling, who nearly cancelled, who came anyway — they are the ones sending us messages right now. Sat by the harbour with a cold drink, wondering why they ever worried. Booking again for next spring before they have even flown home. One guest told us they spent the whole week worrying about one thing — how to make the holiday last longer. That is the North Cyprus our guests know. And it is still exactly there, waiting for you.
The only thing standing between you and the holiday you deserve is a headline that does not tell the whole story. If you have any questions at all, please call us directly. We would love to talk.
